Service Writer / Service Advisor – Full Time

We're a busy, family-owned automotive shop that's proudly served Southern California for over 15 years—we location in San Juan Capistrano! Our work environment is positive, fast-paced, and team-oriented. We're looking for an experienced Service Writer / Service Advisor to join our growing team.
We specialize in servicing H1 Hummers, Commercial Trucks, and Sprinter Vans, along with all other makes and models. If you have experience working with specialty vehicles, fleet accounts, or commercial customers, that experience is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Create repair orders and communicate repair recommendations
Provide estimates for repairs and maintenance services
Coordinate with technicians regarding diagnostics, repairs, and timelines
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Schedule appointments and manage workflow efficiently
Process invoices and assist with vehicle delivery
Qualifications:
2+ years of Service Writer or Service Advisor experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle repair processes
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and computer skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Team player with a strong work ethic
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
