Accent Awning Company is seeking a reliable, motivated installer to join our team. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for individuals who take pride in hands-on work and want to develop their skills in a stable and growing company.
You will work alongside experienced team members and progressively learn all aspects of the installation process for residential and light commercial projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Report to the shop daily at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday
• Drive company vehicle to scheduled job sites
• Professionally interact with customers on-site
• Measure, mark, and prepare installation areas
• Install awnings on homes and commercial buildings
• Drill into various materials including wood, stucco, brick, and stone
• Safely use ladders for first- and second-story installations
• Lift, position, and secure products properly
• Review completed work with customers and collect balances
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and equipment
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Prior construction or installation experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well with a team and communicate with customers
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Competitive hourly pay ($20.00–$23.00 DOE) Leads with Experience Earn More
• Overtime opportunities (typical 45-hour work week) Limited Saturdays
