What You’ll Do
-Will perform tasks involving physical labor at parking lots by operating one or several types of maintenance equipment
-In charge of appropriate traffic control at job sites (signs, barricades, caution tape)
-Use blowers, brooms, shovels, and a variety of other hand tools to ensure a clean surface prior to recoating.
-Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat and organized job site
What We’re Looking For
-Experience: 1-year experience is preferred but not required.
-Physical Ability: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 90 lbs, climbing on vehicles, and working in various weather conditions.
-Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
-Dynamic Schedules: Must be able to work overtime/weekends as required.
-Safety & Learning: Must be able to meet all safety requirements and have an eagerness to learn.
-Listen to Direction: Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
-Attention to Quality: Ability to produce quality work.

Work Environment
-Exposure to outside conditions, mechanical parts, moderate to loud noise, and occasional hazardous materials.
-Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some evenings and weekends—expect full time plus overtime.
