What You’ll Do
-Hauling/picking up asphalt and seal to and from plants.
-Driving Dump truck or Seal Tanker to and from Jobsite Locations.
-Driving, loading, unloading, and moving equipment and trailers.
-Maintaining cleanliness of Trucks and Trailers.
-Filling out Daily Driver Logs and Performing Pre Trip Inspections.
-When on Jobs you will assist the team on the ground performing asphalt paving laborer duties as well.
-Asphalt preparation work. (ie. Cleaning, Blowing, and Tack Coating)
Shoveling.
-Raking Asphalt.
-Sweeping.
-Seal Coating Labor. (ie. Cleaning, Squeegeeing, and Edge Work)
-Applying for this position means that you will be working in a physical labor position in a manner that is consistent with the paving industry.
What We’re Looking For
-Must be able to pass a drug screen
-Must possess a valid CA. class A driver's license and DMV record at the time of interview
-Physical Ability: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 90 lbs, climbing on vehicles, and working in various weather conditions.
-Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
-Dynamic Schedules: Must be able to work overtime/weekends as required.
-Safety & Learning: Must be able to meet all safety requirements and have an eagerness to learn.
-Listen to Direction: Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Work Environment
-Exposure to outside conditions, mechanical parts, moderate to loud noise, and occasional hazardous materials.
-Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some evenings and weekends—expect full time plus overtime.
