Rate: $33.00/hour
Position Description:
Production assistants are supporting field team members who participate during data collection sessions at approved commercial venues. Production Assistant performs venue-specific simulated activities to create a natural, realistic environment during data collection.
Training will be conducted by TIAI and will cover venue-specific protocols, security and privacy requirements, and study procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform venue-specific simulated activities during Data Collection sessions.
- Simulate natural, common behaviors appropriate to the venue type, as directed by the approved Study Protocol
- Execute Universal Protocols at every venue: idle sitting/standing naturally, using digital devices, eating and snacking, packing/unpacking a bag, venue walkthrough, and object interaction under both nominal and low lighting conditions
- Represent and promote the TELUS International AI brand

Required Qualifications:
- Ability to perform naturalistic, scripted activities in commercial venue environments convincingly and consistently across the data collection sessions
- Ability to follow protocol instructions precisely and adapt to venue-specific activity requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a research study, data collection, or controlled environment setting
- Comfort and adaptability across diverse venue types
