Skilled Automotive Technician / Mechanic
Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Our busy, family-owned repair shop has proudly served Southern California for more than 15 years. As we continue to grow in our new location, we're looking for a dedicated technician who wants to build a long-term career with a company that values its employees and fosters a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair a wide variety of automotive vehicles, including all makes and models
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups
Accurately identify vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs
Provide labor and repair time estimates when needed
Test-drive and inspect vehicles to ensure repairs are completed properly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or related role
Minimum of 3 years of automotive repair experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Dependable, professional, and motivated to learn and grow
