We are seeking a dependable Remodeling Carpenter to join our team full-time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to continue developing their skills in residential remodeling.
The ideal candidate will have experience with basic carpentry, finish work, cabinet installation, and residential remodeling projects.
What You'll Do
Assist with residential remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and interior renovations.
Install cabinetry, trim, hardware, and finish materials.
Perform basic framing, blocking, and carpentry tasks.
Install doors, baseboards, casing, and other finish materials.
Follow construction plans and directions from supervisors.
Safely operate hand and power tools.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Work effectively with other team members and trade partners.
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of residential construction or remodeling experience.
Basic finish carpentry skills.
Experience using common hand and power tools.
Ability to follow plans, instructions, and established procedures.
Dependable and punctual.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail.
Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work professionally in occupied homes.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
Ability to work safely in active construction environments.
