How you'll make an impactIn this role, you’ll lead client accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and cultiving strong relionships. You’ll manage complex self-funded accounts, oversee annual stregies, and provide solutions tailored to client needs. By leveraging Gallagher’s resources and tools, you’ll enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality client outcomes. You’ll also mentor new hires and team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaborion.

- Build and maintain strong client relionships, acting as a stregic liaison.
- Lead the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process with a 95% retention target.
- Share market expertise with clients and keep them informed of compliance-reled issues.
- Mentor and guide team members, supporting their professional development.
- Use Gallagher’s tools and resources to maximize productivity and quality.
About You- A bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of client service or claims management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Approprie licensing and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use technology to improve productivity.
- Strong written and verbal communicion skills to build professional relionships.
- A collaborive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Compension and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compension package. The base salary range represents the anticiped low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compension will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, educion, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
