Dynasty Employment Solutions is hiring a Bakery Supervisor – Night Shift for a high-volume industrial bakery in Los Angeles. This bakery operates 24/7 in a fast-paced production environment and is looking for a dependable leader ready to grow with the company long-term.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for candidates with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage production teams during overnight operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise bakery production employees during the night shift
- Ensure production goals and quality standards are met
- Maintain safety and sanitation procedures
- Train and support team members
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and attendance
- Communicate effectively with management and other shifts
- Help maintain an organized and efficient production environment
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in bakery, food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus
- Must be available for night shifts and weekends
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and dependable
- Able to work in a fast-paced industrial bakery environment
