This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for candidates with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage production teams during overnight operations.

Responsibilities

Supervise bakery production employees during the night shift
Ensure production goals and quality standards are met
Maintain safety and sanitation procedures
Train and support team members
Monitor workflow, productivity, and attendance
Communicate effectively with management and other shifts
Help maintain an organized and efficient production environment

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience preferred
Experience in bakery, food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus
Must be available for night shifts and weekends
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable, organized, and dependable
Able to work in a fast-paced industrial bakery environment
