ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Director of Resident Care Services Rancho Santa Fe, you will lead the Nursing and Care teams in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to conducting clinical assessments, overseeing the medicion administrion program, leading licensed nursing and care teams, and maintaining regulory compliance. Serving as the Director of Nursing and the liaison for residents, families, and staff, you’ll tailor service plans to individual resident needs. Supported by our experienced Regional and Corpore teams, you’ll help cultive a culture of collaborion and excellence in care and hospitality. YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overall compliance of clinical services & programs including accuracy of medicion administrion
Works collaborively and facilites communicion with physician offices, ancillary services, responsible parties and internal care teams to deliver quality resident care
Works efficiently to complete timely resident assessments and to develop and initie the care and service plan
Supports and assists in day-to-day care and clinical needs as needed
Conducts interviewing and hiring, evalues employee performance, provides coaching and employee training, and deleges assignments for all direct reports
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Active LVN, LPN or RN license required - RN preferred
Minimum two years nursing managerial experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assisted Living (AL) , Memory Care (ALZ) or Senior Living community
Successful demonstrion of exceptional organizional, communicion, & customer service skills
Ability to work flexible schedules in 24 hour operion including weekends as needed
Consistent and reliable tendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operion of the community
