Listing & Outreach Manager – Growing Real Estate Investment Company
Local real estate investment firm is seeking an enthusiastic team member with an active California real estate license who enjoys marketing, networking, and helping homes sell quickly. Our Marketing & Listing Manager position is responsible for overseeing the listing process for our renovated homes, marketing properties through various channels, and building relationships with real estate agents throughout San Diego County. This role works closely with the COO, CEO, and outside agents to maximize exposure for our listings while helping generate new opportunities and deal flow for the company.
With a typical inventory of 3-5 active listings at any given time, this position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience marketing and selling homes while learning the ins and outs of real estate investing, acquisitions, renovations, and dispositions from an experienced team. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their real estate career beyond traditional residential sales.

Pay/Benefits
$60,000 - $70,000 base salary (commiserate with experience) + commission opportunities
40 hours a week
Monday - Friday with typical work hours being between 8AM - 5PM
Eligible for 401k (w/ 4% Employer contribution after 6 months of service)
Eligible to join SHARP health insurance plan after 3 months

List of Duties
Manage the complete disposition process for company properties, coordinating with internal team members, outside agents, and service providers to ensure homes are market-ready, effectively marketed, and successfully sold.
Execute marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email, social media, and industry networking, to promote company listings, enhance brand awareness, and drive business growth.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and industry professionals through networking, outreach, and educational events to strengthen the company's market presence and generate new acquisition opportunities.
