At Seacrest Village, your role goes beyond tasks you become part of a compassionate circle of care that brings dignity, joy, and connection to every resident.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee resident documentation, including service plans, physician orders, and incident reports
Supervise, support, and assist in scheduling clinical staff (LVNs, Med Techs, and caregivers)
Ensure compliance with medication administration protocols and DSS regulations
Respond to emergency situations and assess resident conditions, communicating changes appropriately
Assist with resident admissions and re-admissions, including coordination of care and medical records
Monitor quality assurance practices, including infection control, wound care, and incident reporting
Maintain clear communication with residents’ families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
Active California LVN license
Current BLS/CPR certification
Valid Food Handler’s certification
Ability to pass pre-employment physical, TB test, and fingerprint clearance
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of Assisted Living regulations and standards of care
