Pay: $19-$23/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time
We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Operator to join a growing electronics manufacturing company in San Diego.
What You'll Do:
Inspect electronic components using microscopes and measuring tools
Perform visual, dimensional, and electrical testing
Record production and inspection results
Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with inventory counts and production support activities
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
Ability to use microscopes, calipers, gauges, or other measuring tools
Comfortable working with small parts and maintaining attention to detail
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry
Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
Preferred:
3+ years of manufacturing experience
Experience in electronics, semiconductor, aerospace, or precision manufacturing
Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and quality documentation
