Floor Manager (Spanish Required) – Multi-Department Operations
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Floor Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple departments, including our retail store, warehouse, meat department, and food truck commissary.
Each department is led by its own supervisor; however, the Floor Manager plays a critical role in ensuring all areas operate efficiently, meet company standards, and work together seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure smooth workflow and productivity
• Support and hold department supervisors accountable for performance, efficiency, and team management
• Monitor inventory levels, product flow, and organization across store and warehouse
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Coordinate between departments to prevent delays, miscommunication, or operational gaps
• Address and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain high standards of customer service in all customer-facing areas
• Assist with scheduling, staffing needs, and coverage when necessary
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness across all departments
• Train, coach, and support team members to maintain consistent performance and growth
Training & Onboarding:
To ensure a full understanding of our operations, the selected candidate will complete a structured onboarding process that includes one week of hands-on training in each department (store, warehouse, meat department, and commissary).
Compensation & Evaluation:
• Starting pay is $20.00 per hour during the training period
• Upon completion of training, the candidate will transition into the Floor Manager role
• Performance will be reviewed during an initial evaluation period to confirm a strong fit for the position
Requirements:
• Fluent in Spanish (required) to effectively communicate with the majority of our clientele and staff
• Previous experience in operations management, retail, warehouse, or food-related environments preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of inventory control, safety regulations, and team supervision
