What you will do- Lead recruitment efforts for Audit technology positions nationwide.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for Audit Technology roles.
- Develop diverse candidate pipelines using industry-leading sourcing methods.
- Adhere to compliance requirements and internal processes.
- Advise leaders and maintain consistent communication throughout searches.
- Provide outstanding, high-touch candidate experiences with urgency.
- Build and maintain networks with prospective talent.
- Coach hiring managers to enhance talent attraction capabilities.
- Integrate AI into workflows to boost quality and efficiency.
What you bring to the role- Deep knowledge of the digital and tech talent market nationally: expertise in sourcing IT professionals an asset.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment, preferably in high-volume or executive/corporate environments.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience advising executive-level hiring managers.
- Proven sourcing and candidate generation abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple stakeholders and locations.
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $111,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
