Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Operations Manager to lead and develop our Installation Operations team while improving consistency, accountability, training, and operational execution across all regions.
This is a leadership and operations role. You will not be performing installations. You will be leading the people, systems, and standards that support high-performing field operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a growing team of installers, apprentices, and regional supervisors across multiple markets
- Develop structured training and onboarding programs for installation teams
- Create and implement operational standards, accountability measures, and quality control processes
- Partner with leadership to improve productivity, field execution, and customer experience
- Oversee fleet operational standards, organization, inventory controls, and maintenance processes
- Coach and develop frontline leaders and supervisors
- Spend time in the field, warehouse, and branch locations to evaluate operations and support teams directly
- Help build scalable systems and processes to support company growth
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading and developing teams of 20+ employees in field operations, trades, logistics, construction, manufacturing, military leadership, or similar environments
- Strong operational leadership and accountability skills
- Experience building or improving processes, training programs, or operational systems
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to lead with professionalism, urgency, and teamwork

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
