## Job Title: Embroidery Operator
### Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Operator to join our production team. The Embroidery Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines, ensuring high-quality stitching, meeting production deadlines, and following design specifications accurately.
### Key Responsibilities
* Operate commercial embroidery machines efficiently and safely
* Load garments, fabrics, and materials onto machines
* Read and follow work orders, design files, and production instructions
* Select appropriate thread colors and materials
* Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
* Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
* Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance
* Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Meet daily production targets and deadlines
### Qualifications
* Previous embroidery or textile production experience is an advantage
* Familiarity with embroidery machines and software
* Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate materials
### Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of digitizing embroidery designs
* Experience with multi-head embroidery machines
* Basic computer skills

### Working Conditions
