At DENT-ALL By Dr. Z, we're a close-knit team at one of Irvine's most respected cosmetic and holistic dental practices. We offer everything from Invisalign and dental implants to sedation and neuromuscular dentistry — and we need a Treatment Coordinator who can help patients feel confident saying yes to the care they deserve.
What You'll Do
Walk patients through their treatment plans in a warm, clear, no-pressure way
Help patients understand their financial options — insurance, payment plans, financing
Follow up with patients who haven't scheduled yet (think: relationship-builder, not salesperson)
Be the connector between the clinical team and the patient experience
Who You Are
Hungry — you're motivated, goal-oriented, and love seeing results
Humble — you're a team player who's always willing to learn and grow
Smart with people — you read the room, build trust fast, and communicate with ease
Dental experience a plus but NOT required — we will train the right person
Comfortable with technology and picking up new systems quickly

What You'll Do
Lead the front office team with clarity, warmth, and accountability
Keep the schedule humming and the patient experience exceptional
Own the numbers — track production, collections, and key metrics
Manage insurance, billing, and collections with the team
Handle hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day HR for front office staff
Who You Are

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Dental or medical office experience preferred — but the right attitude wins
