BOH staff must be able to handle dishwashing, mob and cleaning, taking trash out,
prep, and cooking. (must be able to do all the tasks that are needed to handle kitchen workflow)
FOH staff must be able to use the POS system, count money, mob, clean, buss, and greet and serve customers. (must be able to do all the tasks that are needed to handle FOH works)
