What You’ll Do
Execute Excellence: Prepare and cook menu items to exact specifications and presentation standards.
Station Mastery: Manage your station (Grill, Saute, Fryer, or Salad) efficiently during high-volume lunch and dinner shifts.
Quality Control: Ensure all food storage and handling procedures meet health and safety standards.
Team Player: Collaborate with the "Back of House" and "Front of House" teams to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a full-service kitchen.
Communication: Must be able to read, write, and speak English to accurately follow recipes, read prep lists, and communicate effectively with the team.
Skills: Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques (grilling, frying, searing).
Reliability: Must have flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
Certification: Valid California Food Handler’s Card required.
Attitude: A positive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
