Promote and Sell Healthy Organic Product at local Farmers Markets as an entery level position with opportunity to grow with our company.
Join our Team and visit various Farmers Markets, get to know the locals, hear customers feedback and experience the hype first hand.
This experience will greatly help if you are interested in other positions with the company.
HOURS and PAY
- Flexible work week
(based on your availability, you can work 2, 3, or 4 days a week, or weekends only, etc.)
- About 6 hours per shift
(Market hours are 8-12 or 9-1, plus one additional hour to load up and one additional hour to close down, which totals in about 6h per shift)
PAY
Your pay is 20% of Total Sales (which calculates anywhere between $150-$300 depending on how big and busy is the Market)
We offer California minimum wage as a back up, and in case that sales commission isn’t sufficient you will be backed up with CA minimum per hour - This is not an hourly paid gig, it’s a commission based pay structure - However, you are backed up with minimum wage for all eventualities (i.e. rain delay, etc.)
NOTE: You will be using your vehicle to transport from market to market. No "millage pay" but we do offer $20 of additional pay for long drives and distant events.
Everything else is flexible and negotiable, work schedule, selection of events, dress code, etc.
