We are seeking a detail-oriented Member Services Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of a highly respected creative professional community in the architectural and interior design industry. You will oversee day-to-day member communications, billing, database management, scheduling, and event logistics while serving as a trusted point of contact for members, partners, and internal leadership. Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in a high-touch client relations, account management, or community management role, preferably within a membership-based organization, luxury brand, or creative industry.
- Demonstrated ability to provide sophisticated, high-touch service to a discerning, executive-level audience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to embody a warm, conversational, and refined tone in all interactions.
- Impeccable organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially in managing databases, schedules, and financial records. This ideal candidate for this role sees superbly organized administration as their vocation.
- A collaborative and proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and is able to manage multiple priorities with poise.
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in handling confidential information and navigating a community of industry leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, experience with CRM software (MemberClicks preferred), and curiosity to learn AI efficiency tools (Claude, ChatGPT).
