HR Manager – Manufacturing | Delaware, OH Area
My client, a global leader in food packaging with a 220+ employee operation, is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to support and strengthen their manufacturing site in the Delaware, OH area.
This is a highly visible, hands-on HR role, very much out on the floor versus behind a desk. The focus is on coaching front-line leaders, owning employee relations end-to-end, and helping drive consistency, accountability, and culture across the operation. They are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys being in the middle of the day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or operational environment
• Proven ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, floor-driven setting
• Strong employee relations and leadership coaching experience
• Demonstrated ability to influence front-line leaders and drive accountability
• Highly organized with strong execution skills

• Improved leadership effectiveness at the supervisor level
• Faster, more consistent resolution of employee issues
