We are located in Irvine near the Irvine Spectrum and serve Orange County and surrounding areas.
Our top plumbers generate approximately $70,000–$85,000 per month in sales because we provide the support, leads, equipment, training, and systems to help serious technicians perform at a high level.

REQUIREMENTS:
You MUST have:

✅ No DUI
✅ Ability to be insured to drive company vehicles

Because we provide the van, a clean driving record is required. If you cannot be insured to drive a company vehicle, this will not work.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You will run residential plumbing service calls throughout Orange County.
Common work includes:
- Leak repairs
- Toilet repairs/replacements
- Faucet repairs/replacements
- Shut-off valves
- Water heaters
- Garbage disposals
- Drain issues
- Fixture replacements
- General residential plumbing service
- Diagnosing issues and presenting options to homeowners
You must be able to diagnose the problem, explain the solution, present options, and complete quality plumbing work.

COMPENSATION:
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with strong performance-based earning potential.
Our top plumbers generate approximately $70,000–$85,000 per month in sales.
Your income depends on your performance, completed jobs, customer communication, sales ability, and work ethic.
Compensation structure will be discussed during the interview so everything is clear before moving forward.
This is not a basic hourly job. This is for a serious licensed plumbing technician who wants more upside.
