evNation is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team. We specialize in EV charger installations and residential electrical projects, and we are looking for someone who can help manage leads, communicate with customers, assist with quoting, and help keep projects organized from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
-Speak with customers about EV charger installations and residential electrical projects
-Gather project information and help build accurate quotes
-Follow up consistently with sales leads and existing customers
-Communicate with electricians regarding scheduling, project details, and updates
-Log all customer and electrician interactions in our CRM system for proper tracking and customer service
-Help resolve customer concerns professionally and calmly
-Assist with scheduling and project coordination
-Identify areas where processes can be improved and help implement solutions
Requirements:
-Some electrical knowledge or experience working around electrical projects/electricians
-Strong attention to detail — details matter when preparing electrical quotes
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone, through text, and email
-Organized and able to manage multiple projects and follow-ups
-Coachable and willing to learn new systems and process
-Ability to learn and use CRM software such as Pipedrive
-Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
-Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
Ideal Candidate:
-Has experience in electrical sales, dispatching, estimating, or customer service
-Understands basic residential electrical terminology
-Can explain customer options clearly and confidently
-Takes ownership of tasks without needing constant supervision
-Wants to grow with a fast-moving company in the EV industry
