Position Summary
The Guest Access Concierge, commonly referred to as patient access specialist in general healthcare/hospital settings, is responsible for welcoming new guests and guiding them into their first appointment at Rebis.
This role combines:

Initiate and send intake forms
Provider & Guest Communication
Communicate appointment confirmations to referring providers
Send welcome emails and onboarding instructions
Ensure guests feel prepared for their visit

Required Skills & Experience
1–3+ years of customer service, hospitality, or healthcare experience
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail
Comfort using scheduling systems and digital tools
Preferred:
experience in healthcare access or scheduling
experience in hospitality or concierge roles
experience in sales or conversion-based roles
