- Responsibility for supporting warehouse functions, ensuring all inventory and operional tasks are completed accurely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.
Core responsibilities:
- Receiving incoming product and verifying accuracy
- Put-away of inventory into correct locions
- Performing inventory adjustments as needed
- Conducting audits and handling go-backs
- Opering and maintaining the baler.
Key Expections:
- Stay on task and maintain productivity throughout the shift
- Learn processes quickly and adapt to operional needs
- Ask questions when clarificion is needed to avoid errors
- Maintain organizion and accuracy in all assigned task
Role Objectives:
- Ensure smooth day to day warehouse operions while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the team productivity.
***General Requirements***

When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:
- Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
- Safely relocing or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
- Opering machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
- Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immedie supervisor
- Working on your feet a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
- Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
- There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
