Sales & Warehouse Associate (Full-Time)
We’re looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales & Warehouse Associate. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of daily challenges and is comfortable working both in the office and in the warehouse. Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17–$19 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Enter and process sales orders accurately
Follow up with customers regarding order information and updates
Pick and prepare warehouse products for customer orders
Assist customers at the Will Call counter with pickups, payments, and returns
Process and ship daily orders through UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers
Maintain inventory of fasteners and warehouse supplies
Support additional office and warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs
Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
Fluent in spoken English
Fastener industry experience is a plus, but not required
Additional Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
