FR Escrow is looking for a full time Assistant Office Manager for our office in Mission Valley. Working with the office manager, you will help manage our office of 15 employees and have the following tasks:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all accounting using Quick books
- Prepare monthly reports for our CPA
- Handle quality control on all transactions
- Daily social media updates
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Organize new employee documentation
- Process payroll and daily banking
- Produce weekly/monthly reports for owner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Organization: Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership: Experience supervising or supporting staff.
• Technical Proficiencies: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Quick Books Accounting software.
• Experience: 2+ years in office management or administrative roles.
