Ribbon & Roots is a custom letter writing service based in Bonita, California. We craft personal, heartfelt letters for clients who want to give the gift of something real — letters people read twice and keep forever.
We are looking for a talented handwriter to join us on a per-project basis. This is not a writing role — the words are already crafted for you. Your job is simple: put beautiful handwriting on the page.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Handwrite letters, notes, and cards from our finished copy onto premium stationery
• Follow provided formatting, spacing, and style guidelines
• Deliver completed work by agreed deadlines
• Maintain consistency and quality across multi-page or multi-letter projects

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Exceptional penmanship — clean, legible, and elegant (cursive or print, both welcome)
• Attention to detail and a steady hand
• Reliability and ability to meet deadlines
• Availability to take on projects as they come in
• Prior calligraphy or handwriting experience is a plus but not required

COMPENSATION

• Paid per project — rate determined by length and complexity
