Hiring: Experienced E-Bike Technician (Profit Sharing Partnership)
True Motion E-BIKE Shop is looking for a skilled and experienced E-bike technician to join us as a business partner (55 / 45 profit sharing model) — NOT a traditional hourly position. Someone with rental experience will be an added advantage to getting the job. You can still apply if you don’t have rental experience.
📍 Flexible Schedule
Mainly late morning-afternoon availability (We close at 7PM)
No fixed clock-in time
Can call daily to check repair volume
Can drop by anytime to check repair needs
Fully flexible working arrangement
💰 Partnership Model (55 / 45 Profit Split)

✅ Requirements
Minimum 5+ years experience in E-bike & bicycle repair and if possible few years of E-bike rental experience.
Strong diagnostic skills (motor, controller, brakes, electronics)
Ability to work independently
Responsible & professional
Legal to work in the U.S.
