At Laguna Terrace
We are seeking two enthusiastic candidates to fill immediate open part time positions at Laguna Terrace in Laguna Beach, CA.
In this role, you will be performing a variety of tasks such as: Monitoring the safety and access to the pool, clubhouse and gym. Maintenance of community amenities and enforcing swimming pool, spa and gym guidelines.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and must be:
Thorough with attention to detail with the ability and willingness to maintain the safety and cleanliness of the community amenities;
Willingness to contribute to the daily operations of the community:
Ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action;
Capable of performing superior customer service in all interactions with our community residents;
Requirements:
Schedule is part time 18 to 24 hours per week, 3 to 4 days per week
Schedule requires working evenings, weekends and holidays.
Flexibility to work additional hours if needed by the community manager
Must know how to swim.
