Position Summary
This role provides basic support to the sales, service, and warehouse teams in a biomedical equipment company. It’s a great entry point into the biomedical field, offering hands-on exposure to medical devices, repair processes, and day-to-day operations. The position assists with administrative tasks, customer communication, and equipment handling as needed.

Key Responsibilities
• Answer calls and emails
• Help create estimates and invoices
• Provide simple status updates to customers on repairs and orders
• Help keep records organized (service reports, customer info, inventory)
• Work with both office staff and warehouse technicians as needed

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Good communication
• Great customer service skills
