We need a driven, experienced Finance Manager who can jump in and own the desk.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Dominate deal structuring, lender approvals, and backend profit
- Present products the right way - compliant, clear, and effective
- Partner with sales to drive PVR, product penetration, and close rate
- Ensure all CIT and contracts are 100% clean, funded fast
- Deliver a VIP experience from pencil to delivery
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 2+ years F&I experience in a high-volume store
- Proven backend numbers that speak for themselves
- Deep lender knowledge and razor-sharp compliance
- Ability to hustle, lead under pressure, stay sharp, and execute
- Punctual, Reliable, Organized and Team-oriented
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- A clean driving record and valid driver's license

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
