Job Opportunity
By joining our team in the United States, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise as Finance Manager, playing a key role in leading the Finance & Accounting function and making a direct impact on financial governance, business performance, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the US Finance & Accounting function, ensuring compliance, governance, and alignment with Group policies.
- Oversee accounting, month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, and statutory and management reporting.
- Manage treasury, cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital optimization.
- Oversee accounts receivable, credit management, collections, and accounts payable processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Strengthen internal controls, standardize processes, and support system improvements.
- Act as the main point of contact for Corporate Finance, auditors, tax advisors, banks, and financial stakeholders.
- Lead and develop the Accounting team, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional departments.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA or equivalent qualification is considered a strong plus.
- Significant experience in finance and accounting roles with progressive leadership responsibility.
- Strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and working capital management.
- Solid knowledge of US accounting standards, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or similarly complex service environments is highly preferred.
- Experience working in international organizations and coordinating with HQ is a plus.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
