Sr Debt Advisor – Financial Services (Inbound Leads)

What You’ll Do
Handle inbound calls and scheduled consultations
Assess clients’ financial situations and identify core pain points
Present tailored solutions and confidently close deals
Maintain accurate pipeline activity in the CRM
Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets
Work collaboratively with leadership and peers to improve performance
What We’re Looking For
Proven closer with success in B2C or consultative sales
Experience in financial services, lending, or debt-related sales preferred
Comfortable working toward daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
Reliable, driven, and coachable
