We are currently hiring a Porter with Painting Experience for a property located in Laguna Woods, CA. This position is ideal for someone who has experience with both general porter duties and basic painting work.
Position Details:
Location: Laguna Woods, CA
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
Shift: Morning Shift
Type: Ongoing / Steady Work
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of the property and common areas
Pick up trash and keep grounds clean
Perform touch-up painting and assist with unit painting
Support maintenance team with basic tasks
Ensure property remains clean, safe, and presentable
Requirements:
Painting experience is REQUIRED
Previous porter or maintenance experience preferred
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic
