Job Title: Experienced Sign Fabrication & Graphics Specialist

Job Description: We are a growing, fast-paced sign shop seeking skilled and reliable professionals with hands-on experience in multiple areas of sign production and fabrication. These roles require a versatile individual who can contribute across departments, from design and layout to fabrication and installation prep. If you have experience in any of roles listed below, and any of the qualifications listed, we want to hear from you.
Key Roles:
• • Professional painting and finishing of signs and related materials
• • Vinyl graphics production, weeding, masking, and application
• • Fabrication of ADA-compliant tactile and braille signage
• • Operation of channel letter bending machines
• • LED module installation and wiring for illuminated signage
• • Metal fabrication, including cutting, shaping, and assembly
• • CNC machine operation for precision sign components
• • Welding (MIG/TIG preferred) for structural and custom sign builds
• • Assembly
• • Maintain quality control standards and meet production deadlines
Qualifications:
• • Minimum 2 years of experience in sign manufacturing or a related field
• • Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and fabrication techniques
• • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and layouts
• • Experience with ADA signage standards and compliance
• • Familiarity with LED systems and electrical basics
• • CNC operation and programming experience
• • Welding experience
• • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills:
• • Experience with design software (e.g., Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Flexi)
• • Installation experience is a plus
• • Forklift or shop equipment operation experience
