About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Managing Director, DCM.
In this role, you will:
- Work as the top subject matter expert to lead complex, innovative, and diverse initiatives with companywide impact and which are high risk and have significant scope, cost, and benefits
- Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex, significant, and companywide challenges
- Deliver solutions within Investment Banking functional area that are long term, large scale, broad reaching, and which require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and resolution
- Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding large scale, companywide strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operations
- Lead all levels of professionals and managers across the company
- Serve as an expert advisor within Investment Banking functional area to leadership
- Represent the company externally in industry networking, trade, and technical events
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Investment Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution

Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage teams
Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
Ability to analyze trends in the competitive marketplace and related marketing developments
Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes
Experience leading efforts with multiple stakeholder groups
Job Expectations:
Registration for FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 90 days of hire date. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
Registration for FINRA Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire date. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
