Your mission: make a strong first impression and generate leads for our estimators.

Walk designated neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversation.
Collect contact information for follow-up estimates.
Share key selling points of PaintGreen’s services with professionalism.
Represent the brand with enthusiasm, honesty, and a polished appearance.

Pay: $25 hour (Hourly + Commission + Bonus)
On top of your hourly pay, you’ll earn $40 for every qualified estimate that has completed based on appointments you book and a $100 bonus for each job sold as a result of your appointment.
Expected Hours: 20/hrs per week
MON- FRI 3-6 (summer)
MON - FRI 2-5 (winter)
