Responsibilities:
Create simple and engaging content for social media (photos, videos, captions)
Respond to customer messages, emails, and comments in a timely and professional way
Help customers with orders, questions, and basic issues
Keep our online presence active and positive
Work closely with the team to share ideas and improve customer experience
Requirements:
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Friendly, patient, and helpful attitude
Organized and able to manage time well
