ABOUT THE COOK ROLE
───────────────────────────
You'll work across stations, handle daily prep, and be expected to take real ownership of your work every shift. This is not a background position — the standards are high and the pace is real. It is also a kitchen where your effort is noticed and your craft is respected.
What you'll do:
• Execute à la carte service with consistency and precision
• Complete daily mise en place to kitchen standards
• Manage your station: stock, quality, and timing
• Communicate clearly with the team during prep and service
• Keep your area clean and organized throughout the shift
What we're looking for:
• 1–2 years of experience in a quality-focused kitchen (we'll consider less for the right person)
• Solid basics: knife skills, heat control, station management
• Familiarity with Spanish or Mediterranean cuisine is a plus — curiosity to learn is required
• Available for evening and weekend shifts
• Full-time applicants: this needs to be your primary job — we need your full focus
Who does well here: cooks who are organized before service starts, solve problems without shutting down, and hold themselves to a standard that doesn't require someone standing over them. If cooking is something you keep coming back to — not just for a paycheck — we want to hear from you.
Who this is NOT for: if you're working multiple jobs simultaneously or you've stopped caring about what goes on the plate, we're probably not the right fit. We'd rather be upfront.

ABOUT THE DISHWASHER ROLE (Part-Time)

You're a key part of how service runs. We're looking for someone reliable, fast, and clean — someone who shows up and gets it done without drama.
What you'll do:
• Keep up with dishes, cookware, and utensils during service
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area
• Support the kitchen team as needed
What we're looking for:
• Prior dish experience helpful but not required
• Available evenings and weekends
• Dependable and a team player
