Empire Workforce Solutions is hiring an Onsite Representative at our client site located in the City of Fullerton, California.
This position requires availability between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Flexibility within these hours is required.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a dependable and motivated On-Site Representative to join our team onsite at our Fullerton location. This role requires daily physical presence at the office/worksite to collaborate with the team, support operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Be physically present at the worksite during scheduled hours
Collaborate with team members and supervisors in person
Sourcing candidates for open requisitions
Payroll duties
Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
Conduct weekly walkthroughs, weekly safety reports
Follow company policies and onsite safety procedures
Assist with additional duties as needed
Requirements:
Must be able to work onsite at our Fullerton location
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
1-3 years of experience in the staffing industry, preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift 10-30 lbs. (if applicable)
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, Bullhorn system (a plus)
