Join our State Farm team as a Sales & Marketing Specialist. We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused professional who is excited to learn and grow in insurance sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound cold calls to prospective clients to initiate the sales process
Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Health
Present and explain coverage options and handle objections using effective rebuttals
Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline of prospects
Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally
Training & Support
Support with the process to obtain your insurance license (if needed)
Training and self-study support for the required state licensing exams
Guidance to help you succeed in a structured sales environment
Requirements
Bilingual in Spanish (required)
Ability to pass the State Exam
Strong communication skills and a people-oriented mindset
Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask
Valid ability to work in a professional, fast-paced sales environment
Experience
Insurance sales experience desired, but not required
Customer service and/or sales experience is a plus
Compensation
Hourly pay + sales commission/bonus
