About the Position
Bin Butlers services residential homes by handling trash day for homeowners.
Your role would be to help manage a South/Central OC route while we continue growing in those same neighborhoods.
This is not a one-time gig — this is recurring weekly work with the opportunity to build a larger and more efficient route over time.
At the moment, the route is already established and continuing to grow as new homes are added.
That means the right person has the opportunity to step into an active route and grow with it.

Current Route Details
This position involves driving between multiple stops across South and Central Orange County.
• Approximately 2–3 hours of active service time per assigned day
• Driving time between stops is part of each assigned route and should be expected
• Routes may include multiple nearby cities and neighborhoods depending on the day assigned
• Typical driving range varies by assignment, with full-route coverage averaging 200–260 miles per week
This is a driving-based route, and efficiency improves over time as we continue building density in each area.

Typical Time Window
• Roll-outs: Usually between 3 PM – 7 PM
• Roll-ins: Anytime after bins have been collected. Typically between 4 PM - 8 PM
In most cases, this is evening work and is designed to be flexible as long as homes are completed properly and on time.

Compensation
This position is best suited for someone already located near the service areas who is comfortable with local driving.
• $60 per day (fixed route pay)
• Equivalent to roughly $20/hour based on efficiency
• Consistent weekly income
• Paid weekly
• Opportunity to grow as route density increases
Compensation is structured per day worked, whether the route is handled by:
• One individual covering the full Tuesday–Friday schedule
• OR multiple individuals each assigned specific days
Compensation includes both:
• rolling bins out the night before, and
• returning bins after collection
Assignments may vary depending on scheduling. In some cases, you may be:
• Returning bins that were rolled out by another Route Assistant
• Rolling out bins that will be returned by another Route Assistant
All assigned work for the day is included in the fixed daily rate.
Starting Route Pay
Current starting route is approximately:
$240/week to start ($960/month)
(based on covering all four days)
As more homes are added and routes become more efficient, the time required decreases while maintaining consistent pay.
This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, flexibility, and straightforward, repeatable work.

Optional Referral Bonus
In addition to route pay, Route Assistants may also earn:
$100 per confirmed new customer referral
Referral bonus is paid after the referred customer completes their first paid billing cycle.
This is completely optional and simply provides an additional way to increase earnings while helping us grow in your area.
