We are seeking a reliable and motivated full-time Dental Assistant to support our clinical team with back-office responsibilities. Compensation is based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures
Prepare and break down operatories between patients
Sterilize instruments and maintain sterilization protocols
Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety standards
Maintain organized and well-stocked treatment rooms
Support patient flow to ensure an efficient schedule
Qualifications:
Previous dental assisting experience preferred
Knowledge of dental instruments and procedures
X-ray certification (if required by state)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
