We are hiring a Project and Logistics Coordinator to play a central role in our daily operations. This is a hands-on, detail-driven position for someone who thrives on managing multiple moving pieces at once and takes pride in getting things right. It is not a fit for everyone, but for the right person, it is highly rewarding work at the core of how our business runs.
What you will do
- Coordinate freight and small-package shipping
- Manage end-to-end order processing, including documentation and internal coordination
- Track projects and maintain accurate updates in our project management system
- Handle phone and front-office communication with dealers and vendors
- Enter invoices and support basic billing processes
- Provide general administrative support across departments
What success looks like
- Orders move through the system smoothly, accurately, and on time
- Shipments are coordinated proactively and without issues
- Project information is current, reliable, and easy for others to access
- Internal teams and external partners trust your follow-through

What we are looking for
- Experience in an administrative, operations, or coordinator role
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of accuracy
- Ability to manage shipping, invoicing, and project workflows at the same time
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with project management software
