Premier Pain Solutions is seeking an organized, service-oriented IT Systems Coordinator to serve as the bridge between our employees and our managed IT service provider. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technology problems, supporting end users, managing equipment, and ensuring technology resources are available when our team needs them.
While our managed service provider handles network administration, cybersecurity, and advanced technical support, this role serves as the internal technology champion responsible for coordinating IT activities across our clinics and administrative offices.

What you will do:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Premier Pain Solutions and our managed IT service provider.
- Coordinate and track IT support requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist employees with basic troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and software applications.
- Escalate issues to the IT provider and monitor progress through completion.
- Coordinate onsite visits for technology maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, monitors, tablets, and other technology equipment.
- Install approved software, drivers, updates, and peripherals.
- Maintain inventory and assignment records for all company technology assets
- Coordinate employee technology onboarding and offboarding.
- Create, modify, and disable user accounts according to company procedures.
- Assist employees with password resets and access requests.
- Serve as a point of contact for technology vendors and service providers.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of IT support, technology coordination, or help desk experience.
- Experience supporting Windows-based computers and mobile devices.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow issues through resolution.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally between clinic locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a healthcare environment.
- Experience coordinating with managed IT service providers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience managing mobile device accounts and inventories.
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification.
