Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to support procurement operations by evaluating supplier performance and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and evaluating vendor proposals and agreements to ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of services
- Reconcile and submit invoices in partnership with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Support accounting requests while ensuring alignment with financial policies
- Manage vendor onboarding requests, including credential verification, term negotiation, and system integration
- Improve and maintain the accuracy of vendor data within internal project tracking systems to support operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Demonstrated proactive mindset with the ability to work in ambiguous environments and identify process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
